Sicilian Cooking Classes

Mamma Corleone is an actual Sicilian culinary studio, an ideal place where you can get to know and appreciate the authentic flavours of the traditional cuisine.

How it works

We are going to meet each other in our place in Palermo city center, a few steps away from the Cathedral. The cooking class is provided by a real Sicilian “Mamma” and not by a professional Chef. Our Project

Mamma Corleone is an actual Sicilian culinary studio, an ideal place where you can get to know and appreciate the authentic flavours of the traditional cuisine, which dates back to the ancient time but still can be found in our tables today. A journey that will lead you to flavors that will delight your palates. Mamma Corleone was born in the historic centre of Palermo, just a few steps from the Cathedral, in a characteristic alleyway of the 17th century, which represents the city in its traditions and culture.
